The Residenz Hochalm sits directly next to the Hochalmbahn Cable Car, providing ski-to-door access to the Saalbach-Hinterglemm Ski Area. From late May to late October, the hotel includes the Joker Card, which grants free access to local cable cars, lifts, and hiking buses. Guests can purchase ski passes at the reception and use the ski storage facilities, with a ski school available for lessons.

Each room at Hotel Residenz Hochalm features a balcony, a flat-screen cable TV, and a bathroom with a massage shower and free toiletries.
